Project Overview

The Perfect Laundromat was the buildout of a brand-new 2,250-square-foot laundromat within a vanilla box commercial space. The project included the complete installation of all new electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems, as well as all laundry equipment, interior framing, drywall, and finish work.
Art of Construction partnered with the owner to design an efficient layout and manage every phase of the buildout, delivering a facility that maximizes operational efficiency while providing a comfortable experience for customers.

The completed laundromat features 36 washers and 18 stack dryers in a bright, contemporary environment accented by warm wood finishes, custom millwork, vibrant colors, and locally inspired artwork. Every detail was carefully selected to create a clean, welcoming atmosphere that stands apart from the traditional laundromat experience.

Built for long-term durability and simplified maintenance, The Perfect Laundromat combines efficient operations with thoughtful design, providing customers with a modern, inviting space and the owner with a reliable, low-maintenance facility built for years of dependable service.
