Project Overview

Superior Laundry Center was the buildout of a brand-new 3,900-square-foot laundromat within an existing commercial space. The project included the installation of all new electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems, creating a modern facility designed to showcase the latest in commercial laundry equipment and operational efficiency.

Art of Construction was brought in to oversee the project and ensure that every aspect of the installation met the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. Because the facility would also serve as a showroom for Superior Laundry Equipment’s sales team, special attention was given to the design, functionality, and presentation of the mechanical systems and equipment layout.

The completed facility serves as both a fully operational laundromat and a demonstration space where prospective customers can experience the performance and reliability of commercial laundry equipment firsthand.
