Project Overview

Stain Busters Laundromat was the complete buildout of a brand-new 5,700-square-foot laundromat created by combining three previously occupied commercial spaces into one expansive facility. The project began with the removal of the existing interior improvements and included the installation of all new electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems, as well as all commercial laundry equipment, interior framing, drywall, and architectural finishes.

Art of Construction partnered with the owner from the early planning stages through project completion, assisting with the facility layout and managing every phase of the buildout. The design was carefully planned to maximize equipment capacity, customer flow, and operational efficiency while creating an inviting space that reflects the client’s unique brand identity.

The completed laundromat features 52 commercial washers and 52 dryer pockets in a bright, spacious environment that combines modern finishes with playful branding elements, custom epoxy flooring, and high ceilings. Wide aisles, intuitive equipment placement, and thoughtfully designed service areas provide customers with a comfortable, efficient laundry experience while simplifying day-to-day operations for the owner.
