Project Overview

Sonic Suds Laundromat was the buildout of a brand-new 6,400-square-foot laundromat located within a newly constructed mixed-use development. Starting from a vanilla box space, the project required the complete installation of all electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems, as well as all laundry equipment, interior framing, drywall, and finish work.

Art of Construction was engaged to assist with the facility layout and oversee every phase of the buildout, from initial planning through project completion. Working closely with the client, we helped create an efficient, customer-focused design that maximized both operational functionality and long-term performance.

The completed laundromat features 61 washers and 29 stack dryers in a modern, welcoming environment designed for durability, simplified maintenance, and an exceptional customer experience. The result is a high-capacity facility built to serve the community while providing the owner with an efficient and reliable operation for years to come.
