Project Overview

LaundryBee was the complete buildout of a new 4,000-square-foot flagship laundromat, transforming a former retail space into a modern, high-capacity commercial laundry facility. The project began with the complete removal of the former interior improvements before the installation of all new electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems. Our team also constructed reinforced concrete equipment pads with integrated structural support for the commercial washers, installed all laundry equipment, and completed the interior framing, drywall, millwork, lighting, and architectural finishes.

This project marked the first collaboration between LaundryBee and Art of Construction. At the time, the owner was developing multiple laundromats simultaneously and needed an experienced construction partner to streamline the process. We worked closely with the client from planning through completion, coordinating every phase of construction to ensure the project remained on schedule while meeting the owner’s vision for both performance and aesthetics.

The completed facility features 48 commercial washers and 27 stack dryers arranged in an efficient, customer-friendly layout that maximizes throughput while maintaining an open, comfortable environment. Contemporary finishes, custom folding stations, integrated seating areas, and durable, low-maintenance materials create a clean, inviting atmosphere designed to withstand the demands of a high-volume operation.

The result is a flagship laundromat that combines operational efficiency, long-term durability, and a premium customer experience.
