Project Overview

Laundry Zone was the complete buildout of a new 4,700-square-foot laundromat, transforming a vanilla box into a modern, high-capacity commercial laundry facility. The project included the installation of all new electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems, construction of reinforced concrete equipment pads for the commercial washers, installation of all laundry equipment, and completion of the interior framing, drywall, tile, lighting, and architectural finishes.

Art of Construction partnered with the owner from the earliest stages of the project, assisting with the overall layout, equipment placement, and management of every phase of construction. By coordinating the project from preconstruction through final completion, we delivered a facility that maximizes operational efficiency while creating a clean, inviting environment for customers.

The completed laundromat features 52 commercial washers and 26 stack dryers arranged in an open, efficient floor plan with generous folding areas, durable commercial-grade finishes, and thoughtfully designed customer amenities. Built for high-volume performance, simplified maintenance, and long-term reliability, Laundry Zone provides an exceptional customer experience while supporting the owner’s long-term operational success.
