Project Overview
Laundry Place was the complete buildout of a 4,860-square-foot, state-of-the-art laundromat, transforming an empty commercial shell into a modern, high-capacity self-service laundry facility. The project included the installation of all new electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and fire protection systems, construction of reinforced concrete equipment pads with integrated structural support columns for the commercial washers, installation of all laundry equipment, and completion of the interior framing, drywall, flooring, tile, lighting, and architectural finishes.
Art of Construction partnered with The Laundry Guys and the owner from the earliest planning stages to optimize the equipment layout, customer flow, and overall functionality of the space. From preconstruction planning and permitting through final inspections and project closeout, our team managed every phase of construction to ensure the facility was delivered on schedule, within budget, and built to support years of reliable operation.
The completed laundromat features 59 commercial washers and 36 stack dryers arranged within an open, efficient floor plan that maximizes customer convenience while improving operational efficiency. Large folding stations, spacious aisles, comfortable seating, charging counters, modern payment systems, durable commercial-grade finishes, and abundant natural light create a clean, welcoming environment designed for today’s customers.
Built for high-volume performance, simplified maintenance, and long-term durability, Laundry Place demonstrates Art of Construction’s expertise in delivering complex commercial laundromat projects that combine thoughtful design, operational efficiency, and exceptional craftsmanship.
