Project Overview
Laundremax is a 2,800-square-foot interior buildout that transformed an empty commercial space into a modern, high-capacity self-service laundromat. The project included the installation of new electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems; reinforced concrete equipment pads with integrated structural support for commercial washers; complete laundry equipment installation; and all interior framing, drywall, flooring, tile, lighting, millwork, and architectural finishes.
Working closely with the owner from the earliest planning stages, Art of Construction optimized the equipment layout, customer flow, and operational efficiency while managing every phase of the project—from preconstruction and permitting through final inspections and closeout—to deliver the facility on schedule and within budget.
The completed laundromat features 35 commercial washers and 20 stack dryers within an open, efficient floor plan designed to maximize customer convenience and operational performance. Spacious folding stations, comfortable seating, charging counters, modern cashless payment systems, durable commercial finishes, and abundant natural light create a clean, welcoming environment built for long-term success.
Laundremax reflects Art of Construction’s expertise in delivering high-performance commercial laundromats that combine thoughtful design, efficient operations, quality craftsmanship, and lasting value.
