Project Overview
Dash Laundromat was the complete buildout of a 3,567-square-foot self-service laundromat, transforming a vacant retail space into a modern, high-capacity laundry facility designed to deliver an exceptional customer experience while maximizing long-term operational efficiency. The project included the selective removal of the existing interior improvements, installation of all new electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems, reinforced concrete equipment pads with integrated structural support for the commercial washers, installation of all laundry equipment, interior framing, drywall, polished concrete flooring, decorative architectural finishes, and completion of the customer service area.
Art of Construction partnered closely with The Laundromat Guys and the ownership team from the earliest planning stages to optimize the equipment layout, customer flow, and overall functionality of the facility. From preconstruction planning and permitting through final inspections and project closeout, our team managed every phase of construction to ensure the laundromat was delivered to the highest standards of quality while maximizing efficiency, durability, and ease of maintenance.
The completed laundromat features 47 commercial washers and 24 stack dryers arranged within an open, efficient floor plan that maximizes customer convenience while improving operational performance. Spacious folding stations, wide aisles, convenient charging counters overlooking the storefront windows, modern cashless payment technology, oversized high-volume ceiling fans, and comfortable waiting areas create an inviting environment for customers while supporting efficient day-to-day operation. A bold blue color palette, polished concrete floors, stainless steel equipment, and warm wood slat accent walls combine to create a clean, contemporary aesthetic that reinforces the Dash brand while enhancing the overall customer experience.
