Project Overview

Clean Green Laundromat was the complete buildout of a 1,970-square-foot self-service laundromat, transforming a former neighborhood bodega into a modern, high-performance laundry facility designed to provide an exceptional customer experience while maximizing long-term operational efficiency. The scope of work included the complete removal of the former interior improvements, installation of all new electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems, construction of reinforced concrete equipment pads with integrated structural support columns for the commercial washers, installation of all laundry equipment, and completion of all interior finishes, including flooring, ceilings, lighting, architectural wall finishes, and customer amenities.

Art of Construction partnered closely with the ownership team from the earliest planning stages to develop an efficient equipment layout that maximized machine capacity while maintaining comfortable customer circulation throughout the facility. From preconstruction planning and permitting through final inspections and project closeout, our team managed every phase of construction, delivering a turnkey laundromat built to the highest standards of craftsmanship, durability, and long-term reliability.

The completed laundromat features 26 commercial washers and 12 stack dryers arranged within an open, thoughtfully planned floor layout that balances operational efficiency with customer comfort. Expansive folding counters, wide aisles, bright LED lighting, modern payment kiosks, durable porcelain tile flooring, and contemporary architectural finishes create a clean, inviting environment designed for convenient, high-volume operation.
